Your Role:
As a key player in our kitchen operations, you will manage the stewarding team, maintain cleanliness standards, ensure proper equipment availability, and liaise with the Executive Head Chef to support a seamless kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• HACCP Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations and allergens is an advantage.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team player with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
