Job Title:                                       Concierge/Attaché Agent

Main Purpose of Job:     

This role combines both that of Concierge and Attaché Agent.  Trump Attaché is a brand-wide program that is dedicated to delivering uncompromising, individualised service to every hotel guest. The Attaché Agent meticulously records individual preferences and maintains a detailed guest history to ensure that no stay feels like the first and no request needs repeating.

Trump Concierge provides, in a timely manner, comprehensive, personalised, well laid out itineraries which include details on accommodation, golf, transportation, restaurant reservations and any other activities as required by our members and residents.

 

Liaises with:                    All departments

 

MAIN DUTIES

 

  • To communicate with our members and residents and pre-plan golfing, leisure activities, and organise the fulfilment of special requests for them.
  • To provide, in a timely manner, comprehensive, personalised, well laid out itineraries which include details on accommodation, golf, transportation, restaurant reservations and any other activities as required by our members and residents.
  • To provide an impeccable, 5 star in-house Concierge and Attaché service to all residents of Trump International Doonbeg.
  • To assist in keeping all Concierge and Attaché department information updated and filed correctly.
  • To assist with the running of Member related tournaments and events.
  • To take on specific projects as designated by the Member Services Director.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, early mornings or late evenings as part of the Concierge/Attaché roster.  Concierge/Attaché service is provided 7 days a week during the summer season.

 

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

 

  • To fulfil your obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1989 and any revisions or additional legislation made thereto.
  • To ensure that reasonable care is taken for health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and any other person on the premises.
  • To keep your work area tidy and safe and report any hazard, accident, loss or damage to management.
  • To be aware of trained first-aid personnel on the premises and the location of first aid box.
  • To observe all safety rules and procedures, including those laid down in the Health & Safety Statement for your place of work.
  • To carry out and promote fire and accident drills as directed by the hotel safety officer.

 

OTHER DUTIES

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

 

  • Experience of 5 star hospitality an advantage. 
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude, cheerful and courteous demeanour.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm whilst under pressure. 
  • Additional languages an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge regarding the locality and what it has to offer the discerning visitor is an advantage. 
  • The ability to listen actively and effectively in order to understand exactly what our members & residents require.
