Job Title: Sales Manager - MICE & Corporate
Responsible To: Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Main Purpose of Job:
The Sales Manager is an individual who ideally has the experience of the sales process and function of a hotel in the MICE and corporate sectors. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, soliciting and generating business. To ensure that professional, efficient, friendly, detailed and timely service is provided to all internal and external clients and guests. Maximise revenues by ensuring the department is effectively booking, forecasting, planning, co-ordinating, billing, and analysing all detail, together with up-selling resort products and services.
