Description
Reporting to the Front Desk Manager the Hotel Receptionist will:
• Provide a warm welcome to Members and Guests at reception both on the phone and in person
• Anticipate guests needs to provide exceptional service
• Provide a smooth check in/check out service
• Deal with general guest queries
• Act as a point of contact for residents and guests
Person Specification
• Have excellent IT skills, in particular experience of Opera would be a distinct advantage
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must be available to work until October 31st 2019
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role who be an advantage
