Your Role:
As a Front Office Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our guest-facing operations. You’ll support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily functions, guiding the front office team, and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for every guest. From warm welcomes to efficient check-outs and everything in between, your leadership will shape the first and last impressions of our exceptional resort.
What We’re Looking For:
An experienced hotel professional: with previous supervisory experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment.
A strong leader: who motivates and supports a high-performing team.
Excellent communicator: both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
Calm and confident under pressure: able to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Tech-savvy and organised: highly proficient in Opera, PMS, booking engines, and scheduling systems.
Detail-driven: ensures invoices, billing instructions, and guest accounts are accurate and processed with care.
A role model: with a cheerful, courteous demeanour who leads by example.
Fluent in English: additional languages are a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise the Front Office team, ensuring Forbes 5-star standards are consistently upheld.
Act as the go-to contact for guest inquiries and support a welcoming, professional environment.
Coordinate closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and Attaché.
Ensure billing, charges, and invoices are correctly processed and supported by proper documentation.
Train new team members and uphold our culture of exceptional guest service.
Prepare rosters and weekly payroll reports for the front office team.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely, courteous manner.
Maintain up-to-date logs (including the DM Book Pro) and follow security protocols.
Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.
Participate in hotel committees and special projects when needed.
Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business demand.
