Responsible To: Golf manager, Golf Pro, Assistant Golf Pro

Liaises with: All Departments
Welcome golfers and guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with the handling and transportation of golf clubs, luggage, and other guest belongings.
Clean and prepare golf clubs and ensure golf equipment is presented to a high standard.
Wash, clean, and prepare golf carts for guest use.
Provide general assistance and support to golfers throughout their visit.
Act as a Starter on the first tee, checking golfers in and ensuring the tee sheet runs smoothly and efficiently.
Act as a Course Ranger/Marshall, monitoring the pace of play and ensuring appropriate course etiquette is maintained.
Assist golfers on the course and provide information or guidance where required.
Manage the Driving Range and practice facilities, including range balls, presentation, cleanliness, and general guest assistance.
Operate the golf shuttle service, transporting guests safely between the practice facilities and clubhouse.
Maintain high standards of presentation across all Golf Services areas.
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure equipment and vehicles are used safely and responsibly.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Golf Services management team.
Previous experience in a golf, hospitality, leisure, or customer service environment is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, midweek, and weekends.
A full, valid driving licence.
Good knowledge and understanding of the game of golf.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Physically able to handle golf clubs, luggage, and other equipment as required.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing a high standard of service.
