Trump Turnberry is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals looking to join our legendary team.
We are currently recruiting for Service Express associates to join the Trump Turnberry on a full time & casual 'as & when' required basis.
Position Scope
- Ensures an exceptional, indigenous experience for all guests.
- Answers all calls promptly (internal and external), using the guest's name and following an established script, in line with Luxury Collection brand standards.
- Answer in-room dining calls and take food & drink orders from guests
- Ensure all guest requests are dealt with in a professional manner and timely fashion
- Records all guest requests with 100% accuracy and convey to other departments as required.
- Must be eligible to work within the UK.
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in both, written and spoken English.
- The ideal candidate will be organized; detail-oriented and enjoys dealing with people. An excellent telephone manner is also a requirement.
- Knowledge of Opera is an asset along with previous experience in a similar role and environment.
- This position is great for someone that enjoys multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
