Description

Trump Turnberry is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals who are eager to join our legendary team.

Position Purpose:
To welcome guests to the Hotel, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems. To perform check-in, check-out duties and receive payments from guests. The position is available on a casual 'as and when' required position. 

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests
  • Record and administer arrivals and departures
  • Communication and recording of complaints
  • Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
  • Ensure guest’s immediate requirements are catered for and anticipate the needs of our guests 
  • Accurate receipt of payments from guests for their stay

Qualification Standards:
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
  • The  successful candidate will be polite and have a courteous manner with a friendly and welcoming personality
  • You must be proficient in operating IT and online systems, previous experience with Opera would be advantageous
  • Candidates must be [assionate about delivering excellence in customer service 
  • Previous experience in Hospitality preferred but not essential
