POSITION SCOPE:

Casual Pool Attendants are responsible for delivering exceptional levels of services to guests and members in all aspects of the spa operation in line with ESPA and Luxury Collection brand standards, whilst delivering excellent five-star client care. Responsible for performing spa set up and close down procedures and ensuring all guest amenities are replenished throughout the day. This position is a casual, 'as & when required' position.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Maintain adequate pool coverage – lifeguard duties including pool tests, monitoring of pool /jacuzzi cleanliness and maintenance of pool plant room.
Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages and any promotions.
Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and levels of guest supplies in the fitness & spa areas.
Follow opening and closing procedures correctly, reporting any maintenance issues to the Duty Manager.
Ensure client lockers are turned around quickly with the appropriate amenities and presentation.
Attend to guests in both the relaxation and waiting areas ensuring that they are comfortable as well as offering refreshments.

Candidate Specification
Must be eligible to live and work within the UK.
Must be willing to adhere to immaculate grooming policy and strict uniform standards.
Communicate effectively and clearly, using positive speech and body language at every opportunity.
Previous experience within a Spa or leisure environment is essential.
Must be in possession of relevant lifeguarding qualifications
