Spa Concierge
Description
Trump Turnberry, A Luxury Collection Resort, Scotland is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals eager to join our legendary team.
Position Purpose
Under the guidance of the Spa Manager on Duty, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of the Spa’s operations and assist in maintaining the smooth running of the spa. Key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to the following:
Ensure each guest is warmly welcomed to the Spa at Turnberry.
Communicate clearly, using positive speech and body language at every opportunity
Pool & Gym: Adhere to the SOP checklists, ensure towels are replenished and bins emptied.
Reception: Handle telephone enquiries, check in guests and ensure lockers are constantly replenished.
Therapy: Assist in the turn around of treatment rooms, replenish towels and assist when possible.
Work with the Spa team to ensure the smooth running of all Spa operations.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be eligible to work within the UK.
Demonstrate a professional manner at all times, particularly with regards to punctuality and manners.
Must be willing to adhere to immaculate grooming policy and strict uniform standards
Communicate effectively and clearly, using positive speech and body language at every opportunity.
Candidate Specifications
Previous experience within a spa or leisure environment is preferred but not essential.
A strong desire to work within the leisure industry is essential.
Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
