To be responsible for the cleanliness and good order of public areas within the Hotel and to assist with the comfort and well being of guests during their stay.
To perform any other duties as requested by the Housekeeper
To clean the public areas in the Hotel to the highest standard
To ensure that stocks of amenities are replenished in all Areas.
To assist in other areas within the Department upon request
To be pleasant and courteous to guests and colleagues at all times
To report guest comments or complaints
To answer guests requests and resolve guest problems
To check in lost property immediately
To dispose of rubbish in the proper place
To carry out any other duties as required
To follow all safety guidelines for the Resort
To perform tasks ensuring SOPS and Risk Assessments are adhered to.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
Ensure full liaison with other members of the team in Housekeeping and Linen Room
Strong communication with other departments
Strong relationship with guests and internal customers
Good communication with the Supervisors, Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper

Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Ability to communicate freely in the local language
Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Good attention to detail and accuracy
