POSITION PURPOSETo be responsible for providing a discreet, efficient and high-quality turndown service to guest bedrooms and villas during the evening. The Turndown Attendant will ensure that guest accommodation is clean, comfortable and prepared for the evening, while anticipating and responding to guest needs to enhance their overall experience.
This position will typically operate during the evening period, approximately 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with flexibility required to meet business and guest requirements.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
Provide a high-quality turndown service to guest bedrooms and villas, ensuring rooms are prepared to the required standards for the evening.
Prepare beds for the night, including opening curtains, turning down beds and placing appropriate turndown amenities.
Refresh and replenish guestroom and bathroom amenities, towels and supplies as required.
Ensure guest bedrooms and bathrooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, order and presentation.
Remove any rubbish and ensure the room is left neat, tidy and welcoming for the guest's return.
Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages or guestroom defects promptly to the appropriate department.
Respect guest privacy and belongings at all times, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and communicate these to the relevant department where required.
Have a complete understanding of Housekeeping core and service standards.
Have a complete understanding of Housekeeping departmental policies and procedures.
Where applicable, apply CleanMatters Housekeeping standards.
Ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service through attention to detail and anticipation of their needs.
Manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests with professionalism and respect.
Maintain punctual attendance and be ready to commence duties at the scheduled start time.
Work efficiently and effectively within the evening shift to ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the required timeframe.
Maintain positive teamwork and support colleagues within the Housekeeping department.
Liaise and communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge and other departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information.
Maintain a professional and discreet presence throughout the guest areas of the property.
Any other reasonable task requested by your manager/s and supervisor/s.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
