Tsurutontan Udon Noodle Brasserie in Union Square is looking for partners that are passionate about people and food to help spread our dining culture with the world.

Ideal candidates must have:
-A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or minimum of 5 years working in service industry or a Bachelor degree in related fields.
-A profound knowledge of restaurant operations.
-Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends and holidays.

This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores.

Salary:
Starting at $52,000 per year (after introductory period of two months)
