Trainee Butcher

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, portion, and present meat products to the highest standard
• Support with pre-packing and display of meats and other food products
• Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency across all products
• Safely and efficiently operate butchery equipment
• Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe work environment
