Chef de Partie – Union Bar Chiswick (Mon–Fri focus)
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Union Bar Chiswick. This role is mainly Monday to Friday, offering a great work-life balance, with only occasional Saturdays required.
We are closed on Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year, giving you proper time off during the festive period.

The Role
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Deliver consistently high-quality food
Contribute to weekly specials and menu ideas
Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation
Work efficiently during busy service
The Successful Candidate Will
Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people
Have experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
Be a team player
Be fluent in English
Have a passion for great food and hospitality
