We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and outgoing Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Union Bar, Regent's Place!
Located in the heart of Regent's Place on Triton Street, The Union is a vibrant, modern bar and restaurant offering great food, quality drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. From busy lunchtime services and after-work drinks to corporate events and private parties, no two days are quite the same!

What we're Looking For
We're looking for someone who knows their way around a busy bar or restaurant, enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in providing excellent service.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a busy bar, restaurant or similar hospitality environment. This is essential.
- Be confident providing friendly, attentive and professional customer service.
- Have good knowledge of drinks, including beers, wines, spirits and basic cocktails.
- Be comfortable taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. Or have willingness to learn.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Be proactive, organised and able to use their initiative without constant supervision.
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be a reliable team player who is happy to support colleagues across all areas of the venue.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
- Be flexible and willing to support the team during busy services and private events.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Front of House team, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and delivering warm, efficient and engaging service.
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard according to company specifications.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Providing attentive table service and anticipating guests' needs.
- Supporting the smooth running of busy lunch services, evening trade and private events.
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards.
- Working closely with the management team and your colleagues to ensure every service runs smoothly.
