Your Role:

Your passion for fresh seasonal produce and creativity will shine through as you run a profitable kitchen and mentor future Head Chefs and leaders. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You should have multi-site hospitality experience as an Operations Chef or Area Chef.
• Leadership: You believe in yourself and your vision, and you know how to inspire your team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Care: You genuinely care about your people, motivating and engaging them while fostering their growth.
• Attention to Detail: From stock management to health and safety, you ensure uncompromising standards are met.
• Drive for Excellence: You never settle for second best; you learn from every experience and help your team do the same.
• Authenticity: You lead with your unique style, championing a culture of collaboration and creativity.
