Role Overview:

As our New Openings General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our exciting expansion, playing a pivotal role in the successful setup and launch of new establishments throughout London. Collaborating closely with our Operations Team, you’ll manage, oversee, and support the training and operations setup for each opening, ensuring that every venue delivers exceptional service and embodies our brand's core values. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Impact: Spearhead the launch of new sites, coordinating efforts with key departments including Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Operations. 
• Cultivate Culture: Foster a strong focus on people and culture, promoting collaboration and teamwork across all departments. 
• Empower Teams: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to prepare staff for successful openings. 
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure that high-quality hospitality standards are upheld throughout the setup process. 
• Travel & Support: Travel weekly to various locations, providing hands-on oversight and support during new openings. 

Requirements: 

• Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for the industry and a deep understanding of the guest journey. 
• Proven Experience: Significant experience in a similar role, with a background in operations, project management, and new openings within the pub sector. 
• Inspirational Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and unite teams across departments. 
• Pub Sector Expertise: Strong background in the pub sector and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
