Calling all Head Chefs / Sous Chefs: lead, create, and elevate across London 

We’re searching for exceptional, creative talent for both current venues and exciting new openings across the capital.   

If you’re a Head Chef or an aspiring Sous Chef ready to level up your career and bring your gastro pub expertise to life, we want to hear from you. We’re focused on quality seasonal British food, sourcing from top suppliers to craft classic pub dishes with a modern, chef-led twist. Our menus are driven by you and your team, suited for every occasion and always showcasing something for everyone. 

  

You Are: 

  • A passionate, dynamic, and qualified Head Chef hungry for a new challenge 
  • Experienced with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus 
  • Knowledgeable about Health & Safety and running a professional kitchen 
  • Proven at managing a kitchen, controlling stock, GP, and driving profitability 
  • Comfortable in high-volume environments and fast-paced service 
  • Technical, detail-oriented, and able to spot and solve problems quickly 
  • A confident communicator who can lead, motivate, and develop a team 
  • Experienced with opening new sites (beneficial)
