Marketing Executive - Award winning pub, bar and restaurant group - UP to £30k + Benefits - London
Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing London hospitality groups - Urban Pubs and Bars, and lead the charge on our marketing everywhere—from pubs to the website to social. You’ll own site-level marketing, sharpen our SEO, and boost engagement across channels.

What you’ll do:
- Be the go-to marketing contact for pubs
- Maintain a slick, SEO-friendly website
- Create event copy and manage listings
- Drive social media growth and community engagement
- Analyse campaigns and report clear wins
- Research trends and pitch fresh content ideas
- Help plan events and marketing materials
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year in marketing
- Passion for marketing and hospitality
- Strong writing, social media savvy (FB/IG/TikTok/LinkedIn)
- Basic digital marketing know-how; MS Office pro
- Bonus: degree, Adobe, CMS/CRM, SEO/SEM, HTML/CSS
