Payroll Assistant - Part-Time; 2 days per week -  £26,500 - £28,000 per annum pro-rata + Bonus - Central London

Who you are

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships with General Managers and Head Chefs
  • An understanding of hospitality rostering and how it feeds into payroll is a bonus
  • Flexible, adaptable, and excited by change
  • Highly organized with sharp time-management
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a can-do attitude
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (daily use)
  • PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to be in the office every Monday


What you’ll do

  • Support the Payroll Team in processing weekly payroll for our expanding portfolio 60 sites and counting
  • Onboard new sites and maintain up-to-date personnel records in S4 Labour; help managers access log-ins
  • Coordinate rota data in S4 Labour, including temporary transfers for accurate wage reporting
  • Meet Monday EOW deadlines; provide first-line payroll support and assist with onboarding new starters via Harri, Trust ID, Stream, and WMT Troncbox
  • Produce Holiday Reports and manage annual leave entitlements
  • Maintain weekly reporting in line with the Company Tipping Policy 2024
  • Keep Sage People Payroll records current
  • Ensure timely weekly payments
