  7. Support strategic projects through detailed analysis and insight generation.

About You

You will be an experienced analyst who is comfortable working independently and translating complex data into meaningful business insight.

Essential Skills & Experience

  1. Strong experience using Power BI.
  2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query and complex formulae.
  3. Experience using Microsoft Power Automate.
  4. Proven ability to build dashboards and management reporting packs.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent attention to detail.
  7. Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Experience working with payroll, labour, operational or financial data.

Desirable Experience

What We Offer

  1. Flexible home-based working.
  2. Choice of engagement as either a self-employed consultant or PAYE employee.
  3. Approximately one day per week, with flexibility around when the work is completed.

  5. The chance to make a tangible impact on business performance through data-driven insight.
