We are looking for a hard working and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team. Urban Reef is a busy waterside restaurant located on Boscombe Beach, serving quality food and drinks in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.

 Job Description:

• Working well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Washing and cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

• Keeping storage areas organised and well stocked.

• Following all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.

• Assisting with deep cleaning duties and end-of-shift cleaning tasks.

• Working effectively as part of a team

• Being reliable, flexible, and willing to help where needed.
