Summer Pizza Chef 
Pay: £14 - £16 per hour + tronc

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our busy beachfront restaurant and fantastic Kitchen Team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas while maintaining excellent food hygiene and presentation standards.

• Preparing, stretching, and shaping fresh pizza dough.
• Preparing and topping pizzas to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operating pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all pizzas are cooked and presented to the highest standard.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the pizza section.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to the Head Chef.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with food preparation and supporting other kitchen sections when required.
• Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining consistency and quality.

• Previous experience working as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Experience using wood-fired, stone-bake, or deck ovens (preferred).
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation best practices.
• Passion for producing high-quality food with attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible with working hours.
