• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly in line with licensing regulations.
• Providing friendly, efficient customer service during busy trading periods.
• Assisting with food preparation and having a good understanding of our menu and products.
• Maintaining stock levels, carrying out stock control, and notifying management of shortages.
• Keeping the takeaway hatch clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Confidence serving both coffee and alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good food and beverage knowledge.
• Experience with stock control and maintaining high operational standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and busy seasonal periods.
