Kitchen Porter – Urban Reef ?

Location: Urban Reef, Southbourne Beach, Bournemouth
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal (Flexible Hours Available)

Urban Reef is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organised, and works well as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Keeping the kitchen, pot wash area and storage areas clean and organised.
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
• Receiving and putting away deliveries.
• Emptying bins and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all cleaning schedules are completed.
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous kitchen porter experience is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.
• A willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
