We're looking for an experienced, energetic waiter/waitress who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Set on the stunning  seafront, Urban Reef is entering an exciting new era, combining exceptional food, speciality coffee, creative cocktails, beachside dining and a growing health & wellness community.

If you're passionate about great service and thrive in a busy, fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to hear from you.

• Delivering warm, professional table service from start to finish.
• Building genuine relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences.
• Taking food and drink orders confidently and accurately.
• Serving food, wines, beers, coffees and cocktails to a high standard.
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across our food and drinks menus.
• Helping keep the restaurant clean, organised and presentation-ready.
• Supporting your teammates during busy services.
• Handling guest feedback professionally and confidently.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Confident working in a high-volume environment.
• A positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for food, drinks and genuine hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• A team player who enjoys working hard and supporting others.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Wine knowledge.
• Cocktail knowledge.
• Barista experience.
• Experience using EPOS systems.
• A passion for beach lifestyle, wellness and community events.
