Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring for multiple locations in Billings (Shiloh, Heights, and Grand) and is looking for a proven leaders ready to step into a General Manager roles. What You’ll Do

• Train to lead all aspects of store operations

• Drive sales, service quality, and team performance

• Hire, train, and develop team members

• Manage schedules, inventory, and daily operations

• Create a positive, high-energy culture for staff and guests

• Make great subs and deliver an outstanding guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of General Management experience in a fast-paced restaurant (required)

• Reliable, responsible, and professional

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

• Open availability and flexible schedule

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training)

• TrainiCompensation & Growth

• Training Period (8–12 weeks): $24.00/hour guaranteed (includes tips)

• Post-Training Salary: $52,000–$60,000 + monthly profit-sharing bonuses

• Clear path for advancement and long-term career growth
