Pay:

• Training (first 8–12 weeks): $20.00/hour (includes tips)
• Fully Trained AGM:
  $21.50/hour (includes tips) + EBITDA bonus

• Coach and train team members
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle opening/closing and key holder duties
