General description of your role:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to our established recipes and standards. Lead a specific kitchen section, such as sauces, grill, or pastry, ensuring its efficient operation. Assist in the planning and development of menu items, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management. Ensure that dishes are presented attractively and meet quality expectations. Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Contribute to menu innovation.
