As a NIGHT SHIFT  Assistant  Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant (managing and training your team, recruitment). You need to be able to motivate and lead a team, and most importantly, love making our customers happy!

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Confident food & drink knowledge
• A calm and friendly temperament
• Good team working skills
• Strong organisational capabilities
• The ability to work independently, confidently and proactively
