We are an award-winning group of 8 wine bars who offer over 100 wines by the glass (and to sample) via our bespoke wine dispensers. We are technology leader in the Wine Bar space with our ‘Tap & Pour’ functionality and App and have an absolute commitment to training, education and the highest of standards in everything we do.

We are looking to double the size of the bar business in the next 18 months and are looking for dynamic and passionate people, who are excited to learn more about wine to help us with our growth plans

There are a wealth of career opportunities within Vagabond as we grow, the Wine advisors we hire today will be developed into the General Managers of tomorrow

Every successful Wine Advisor candidate will have the opportunity to take WSET Levels 1 & 2 in the course of their training, totally funded by us, and our newly developed training platform helps ensure you are always learning and developing new skills

Guest Engagement is at the core of our service model; that means hanging out with and talking to people! The role is very social, you are an integral part of the guest experience, guiding them through their wine journey rather than simply dropping food and drinks at the table

Competitive pay level with the addition of Service Charge equals £10-14 per hour, plus staff discounts on our wines, food and beer and the opportunity to consistently taste our ever changing range of incredible wines
