Drake’s, one of Dallas’ most iconic and upscale dining destinations, is seeking an experienced Broiler Cook to join our elite culinary team. This dinner-only role is perfect for professionals who take pride in precision cooking, consistency, and working with top-tier ingredients, especially prime steaks.

Core Responsibilities

  • Expertly operate a high-heat broiler to deliver perfectly cooked steaks to spec and temperature
  • Execute our premier steak program with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Chef team to maintain kitchen tempo and quality standards
  • Ensure proper equipment care, kitchen cleanliness, and product levels throughout service
  • Assist with opening prep and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of broiler experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining steakhouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of steak temperatures, cuts, and protein handling
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and consistency
  • Team-oriented mindset with a reliable and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
