About the Opportunity
The procurement manager is responsible for overseeing the purchase of FF&A and OS&E for all restaurant projects. Will ensure all projects obtain the best quality, price, and lead time based on project schedule and budget. Can initiate, manage, and coordinate new & existing projects from conceptual budget through delivery and installation. Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement the purchase of FF&A and OS&E in accordance with specifications, industry standards, and legal and ethical standards. Ensure all projects are on budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Degree in management, business, operations, hospitality or a related field.
- 5+ years related hospitality (FF&E or OS&E/F&B specific) purchasing or supply chain experience.
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Financial acumen for budget management & cost optimization.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge in Spexx and Exxpedite/Design Spec Systems
