Cocktail Bartender

The city’s oldest  Indian restaurant Veeraswamy, is recruiting.  Now in its 100th year overlooking Regent Street, the restaurant remains a standard bearer for Indian cuisine in London, with luxuriously ornate interiors paying a modern homage to its long history.

We are looking for a Dispense Bartender with cocktail knowledge.

The Successful Bartender will have:

• Friendly demeanour 
• Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club
• Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
• UK Resident with Right to Work in the UK
