Runner

The city’s oldest  Indian restaurant, Veeraswamy, is recruiting.  Now in its 100th year overlooking Regent Street, the restaurant remains a standard bearer for Indian cuisine in London, with luxuriously ornate interiors paying a modern homage to its long history.

Position:

You will be delivering food and drink orders to guests' tables by ensuring all ordered items are included and well presented. You will also complete service preparation duties and help the team with cleaning duties.

Working hours:

35 hours a week. 2 double shifts and 2-3 evening shifts a week.  Double shift from 11.00 am to 3.30 pm and 5.00 until closing. Evening shift from 5.00 pm until closing. Closing time is between 11.00 pm and midnight.

We also offer a part-time alternative for up to 20 hours per week.

The Successful Runner will have:

• Some experience in a similar role
• Friendly demeanour 
• Passion for beverages, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
• UK Resident with Right to Work in the UK
