Assistant General Manager (AGM) Via 313 Pizza | Detroit-Style Pizza Done Right ?

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually
Bonus Potential: Up to $6,500 annually ($500 per period)

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations while helping drive sales, profitability, hospitality, and team development.

Leadership & Operations
  • Help lead daily restaurant operations and execute the Via 313 brand standards
  • Support and coach both Front of House and Back of House team members
  • Foster a positive, people-first culture focused on teamwork and accountability
  • Help drive same-store sales growth and operational performance
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience
Guest Experience
  • Serve as a leader in hospitality and customer service
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns and maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores and online reviews
  • Ensure every guest receives an exceptional Via 313 experience
Team Development
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of team members
  • Assist with employee scheduling and labor management
  • Help create a culture of growth, communication, and accountability
Restaurant Standards
  • Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and security standards are consistently followed
  • Maintain strong operational execution, line speed, and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory, reporting, online ordering systems, staffing guides, and other operational tasks
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed

What We’re Looking For Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2–3 years of full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Valid Food Manager's Certificate
  • Valid TABC Certificate
