A Day in the Life
A typical day as a Via 313 Dough/Prep Team Member includes making sauces, prepping vegetables and ingredients, shredding cheese, and most importantly, mixing and pressing our dough. All of this takes place in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Our teams are tight-knit (3–5 people per shift), so you’ll wear multiple hats throughout the day. In addition to prep, you’ll support the BOH team during high-volume periods by assisting with pizza production and helping keep up with dishes to ensure smooth operations. Expect a fast-paced environment where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail are key to success.
This role is a key part of our kitchen and team environment, with plenty of opportunities to grow if you’re willing to jump in and learn!
