We’re looking to add fantastic people to join our growing business as Team Leaders at Yolk.
Our cafes are all about ‘fine, fast food’ and there’s nothing we love more than making our guests happy with our delicious food and coffee! All of our team work both back and front of house so there is plenty of variety in your daily tasks! You'll be trained to be equally comfortable serving our guests, making coffees and bagging-up orders as well as in the kitchen preparing ingredients, making sauces, and making our delicious dishes!
Our Team Leaders are very hands on, supporting and training our Team Members, showcasing their skills and expertise and demonstrating best practice in food prep, making menu items to spec, serving world-class drinks and next-level customer service. Real Yolk champions, our Team Leaders support our managers too by having their finger on the pulse, completing H&S due diligence checks, collating customer orders and helping to lead smooth-running shifts. This role is a FULL TIME position, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. We'll need you to be fully flexible to work across the week and across our operational hours (working 5 days out of 7).
