Description
Vida Verde is a fast paced, high volume Mexican inspired cocktail and restaurant located in Midtown West. We are currently seeking an experienced Busser or Food Runner with proven previous experience in a high volume program. The ideal candidate should have a strong willing to learn and take ownership of your station.

Vida's concept require's a candidate who is passionate about the service industry, energetic with an outgoing personality to enable a seamless integration into our existing team. Candidates must be self starter's and willing to develop their knowledge continually on our F&B program and customer relations.

The successful candidate will enter an enthusiastic team of experimental bartender's and servers and be given the chance to put forward their concept's and idea's for future menu revisions.

Responsibilities:

− Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
− Ensure the guests have understood what is being served to them by making eye contact.
− Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to waiter/ waitress as needed.
− Communicate with waiter/waitress and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
− Prepares all set-up that chef is asking during working hours.
− Follow direction from the Chef.
− Report for duty punctually wearing the proper, assigned attire and in dress code.
− To attend training and meetings as and when required.
− Undertake any reasonable task and secondary duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
− Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu.
− Communicating clearly with the kitchen and front of house staff.
− Possess in-depth knowledge of products, menu, food and general information of restaurant and company.
− Properly set-up stations as listed.
− Provide professional and exceptional guest service
Delivering, in a timely manner, prepared food to tables.
Table maintenance and bussing of excess tableware.
− Additional duties as assigned my management.

− Strong and friendly communication skills.
− Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
