The Role: Your Contribution to the Village

Reporting directly to the Leisure Club Manager, you will be the crucial link that joins up a talented team with memorable customer service. Your purpose is to assist in delivering the highest possible operational standards while championing the continuous development of our Leisure Club Team.

The 'bones' of what you'll be doing are about:

  • The People Leader: Managing our Leisure Team Leaders and Group Fitness Team Leaders. You will foster a culture of excellence, balancing high standards with an environment of informality, fun, and genuine employee welfare.

  • The Standards Champion: Ensuring the Leisure Club is always prepped and ready for service according to strict brand guidelines. Quality is your middle name, covering everything from hygiene and Health & Safety to team presentation and uniform standards.

  • The Guest Experience Expert: Guaranteeing our day-to-day operations meet and exceed expectations. You will cater to all members with exceptional product knowledge, promoting not just the Leisure Club, but the whole Village package.

  • The Operations Driver: Sustaining a working environment that delivers results. You will operate cost control measures without ever compromising the quality of service or statutory compliance.


Measuring Success: How We Win Together

As a key operational leader, you'll treat the business as if it were your own, focusing on three main pillars of performance:

  • Commercial Growth: Achieving budgeted Revenue and EBITDA targets.

  • Brand Delivery: Hitting targeted guest/Revinate scores, alongside CMI and internal audit benchmarks.

  • People Engagement: Creating a deeply engaged team through targeted development opportunities, reward and recognition, and an unwavering culture of teamwork.
