Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing We trust you to handle:
The Engine Room: Dominating the dish pit. You will work speedily to clean all equipment and crockery, ensuring the kitchen never grinds to a halt because a chef is waiting for a pan.
The Standards: Managing the mess. You will safely handle cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH regulations, control food waste correctly, and maintain the highest levels of hygiene.
The Backbone: Supporting the brigade. You will fetch and carry food, safely store equipment, and act as the crucial link that keeps the service flowing.
The Deliveries: Acting as the gatekeeper. You will check in deliveries according to standard operating procedures, validating invoices to ensure we get exactly what we paid for.
