In this role, you’ll be a key part of a small but high-performing Golf team, helping to secure and grow key revenue streams while delivering an outstanding end-to-end golf journey. From residential golf breaks and corporate golf days to society and charity events, you’ll play a vital part in promoting and coordinating the full golf offering.
This is a permanent, sales-focused role where your confidence, attention to detail and proactive approach will help drive performance and ensure every golfer and client receives a first-class experience.

What we need from you:
A minimum of three years’ proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
A solid understanding of the golf industry, including formats of play, event structures, and the overall golfer journey.
Confident knowledge and correct use of golf terminology, enabling you to communicate professionally and credibly with members, societies and corporate clients.
A proactive, commercially focused mindset with the ability to build relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and convert enquiries into repeat business.
