The Role

Are you someone who loves the outdoors, moves with purpose, and understands that the "magic" of a great game lies in the details? We are looking for a Seasonal Golf Course Ranger to join our village. You won’t just be managing a course; you’ll be the guardian of the guest experience, ensuring every golfer feels the high standards and warm welcome we are known for.

Your Contribution to the village

As our Ranger, you are the conductor of the outdoor orchestra. You’ll be shifting between the energy of the driving range and the calm of the greens, ensuring everything is seamless, safe, and spotless.

The core of your day will involve:

• Driving Range Excellence: Keeping the range in peak condition—from aligning mats and clearing debris to ensuring the ball hopper is never empty. You’ll make sure the first swing of the day feels as good as the last.

• The Fleet Master: Taking pride in our golf buggies. You’ll handle the morning inspections, ensure they are sparkling and charged, and manage the fleet with an entrepreneurial eye for detail and safety.

• On-Course Ambassador: Acting as the starter on the first tee, checking the pace of play, and ensuring all golfers are checked in. You are there to keep the game flowing and the standards high, divoting the course and keeping the estate litter-free as you go.
