• The P&L Master: Managing designated areas of the Hotel P&L, ensuring month-end is completed on time and providing clear, jargon-free explanations for any variances.

• The Process Architect: Identifying, designing, and implementing improvements to make our reporting and reconciliations more efficient and robust.

• The Audit Anchor: Contributing to the external year-end audit with high-quality deliverables and timely responses to keep everything on track.

• The Strategic Support: Assisting with annual business planning and budgeting while delivering insightful ad hoc analysis for senior management.
