The RoleAs our Employee Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the overall employee experience. You will be a key player in driving our reward & recognition programs, boosting employee engagement, improving internal communications, and promoting wellbeing. You will help to maintain a positive workplace culture that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
Working closely with the People & Development team, you'll support the attraction and retention of top talent to build high-performing teams. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, Hotel General Managers, and other key stakeholders to provide guidance and solutions for people-related challenges, helping to enhance HR processes and policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement engagement initiatives that align with our brand values and culture.
Lead employee engagement surveys, analysing results to provide actionable recommendations.
Coordinate initiatives that support workplace wellbeing, morale, and a positive team culture.
Support talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
Partner with managers to create effective performance management processes and career development plans.
Manage employee benefits programs and review them regularly based on employee feedback and industry trends.
Project manage new group initiatives focused on People Management.
Drive a culture of clear and engaging employee communication.
Manage the execution of our "Big People Day" calendar and community activities.
Promote our workplace culture on social media.
Collaborate with our People Partners and Key Stakeholders to address cultural or engagement concerns.
Previous experience within a large or multi-site hotel, hospitality, events, or retail environment.
The ability to influence senior colleagues and managers with a confident and knowledgeable approach to HR best practices.
A forward-thinking, bright personality with an intuitive, highly organised, and strategic approach.
Ability to launch and implement initiatives and drive engagement ensuring on-going impact.
