The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance You are the driving force behind our entire leisure operation, leading the sales, operations, and reception teams to create a club that members actually want to stay a part of. This is not a desk job; you will be the face of the club, networking in the local community, setting the standard on the floor, and balancing commercial targets with incredible hospitality.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing As our Leisure Club Manager, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle:

  • The Commercial Reality: Driving revenue, hitting retail targets, and intelligently managing your payroll so it aligns with footfall, all while keeping a sharp eye on profit conversion.

  • The People Puzzle: Cutting through the noise to coach, mentor, and inspire a diverse team. You will navigate the daily challenges of staff engagement, transforming potential friction and defensiveness into a supportive, high-performing culture where internal promotions are the norm.

  • The Brand Standard: Leading by example on the floor to ensure our facilities look impeccable and our service translates into top tier NPS and audit scores. You will spot the issues and find the solutions before the members even notice.

  • The Community Connection: Stepping outside the four walls to network with local businesses and residents, making the club a recognised and vibrant hub in the local area.
