As our Fitness Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, specifically orchestrating the daily success of our wellbeing floor and influencing the team to exceed our goals. The 'bones' of what you will be doing are about:

• The Lead PT: Driving personal training and brand standards, ensuring we are hitting our revenue targets while delivering excellence.

• The Mentor: Managing and coaching our coaches to ensure training is delivered with passion and energy.

• The Group X Pro: Bringing your energy to the studio and teaching multiple disciplines to keep our members moving.

• The Social Voice: Regularly engaging with influencers and using your social media savvy to raise the profile of our Village.

• The Excellence Anchor: Maintaining high operational standards, including hygiene, health, and safety.
