The Role: Your Contribution to Village
As our Director of Sales, you will be at the heart of our operations, specifically accountable for driving revenue growth and ensuring the hotel consistently exceeds its sales and profitability targets. You will be leading from the front, motivating your team to deliver a high-conversion sales culture.
The 'bones' of what you will be doing are about:
The Revenue Driver: Creating and executing a detailed Sales Plan that targets Corporate Accommodation, Group Bedrooms, Meetings, and Events to hit our budgeted revenue.
The Business Hunter: Personally managing a geographical territory with a hands-on "hunter" approach to new business development and lead generation.
The Strategic Partner: Working closely with the General Manager and commercial teams to agree on rates and priorities while responding quickly to market changes.
The Relationship Master: Proactively managing a portfolio of existing accounts to strengthen relationships and increase our share of wallet.
