Your focus is taking overall responsibility for all leisure activities, ensuring the smooth running of our club operations, sales, and membership retention. You are a hands-on leader who drives quality, value, and amazing hospitality, making sure your team is known for happy, productive, and positive member interactions. Whether you are driving commercial returns or celebrating results with your team, you lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing
As our Leisure Club Manager, you are leading from the front. We trust you to handle:
Inspirational Leadership: Managing the Leisure Sales, Operations, and Reception teams, acting as a hands-on leader who constantly champions brand standards and influences the team to deliver amazing hospitality.
Commercial Hustle: Taking charge of unit profitability, flexing payroll costs, driving on-site upselling, and hitting monthly targets for new joiners, leavers, and retail sales.
Community & Membership: Networking with local partners, driving member retention, and ensuring your department delivers consistently high standards of customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety: Complying with internal audits, controlling stock processes, and taking absolute responsibility for health and safety legislation across the club.
